African symbols known as adinkra are ubiquitous in Ghana in West African. On cloth and walls, in pottery and logos, these Asante tribe symbols can be found everywhere.  Over time the Asante further developed adinkra symbology, incorporating their own philosophies, folk-tales and culture.
